The soy sauces from our partner Shoda are produced following the traditional fermentation process. Made from only 4 natural ingredients: soy bean, grain, water and salt. The process undergoes fermentation by different fungal cultures and filtration afterwards. By giving it the time it deserves, the soy sauce gets its typical taste, aroma and dark colour.
