Malt

Malt flour is made from malted wheat or barley that has been roasted. This product offers a sweet flavour by transforming starch to maltose. Light to dark malts are being created, depending on the extent of roasting, and can possess none to high level of enzyme activity. SNICK EuroIngredients collaborates with its partner EDME for dry malt products and Senson for liquid malt products.
